Getting Familiar With Our Emails:
You will be receiving a welcome email from “dfdefd@hdswbvcjsh.com”. You will need to click “received” and only then we will review your request to join. If the welcome email goes to your spam, you need to report its not spam and only then to click “received”.
Access to Our Off-Market Inventory
From this point you have been added to our buyers list and gained access to our inventory. Now you can make offers at any given time. You will also receive notification emails when a new property is uploaded.
How To Buy?
- You see a property you are interested in.
- You reach out to us by text, call, email, or the listing on our website.
- We go over the situation of the property and seller to make sure you can accommodate.
- We set up a showing if necessary.
- We send you our contract so you can fill in your information and purchase price.
- We don’t do bidding wars – we will tell you until when we take offers. You should send your highest and best by then.
- If you won, we will reach and send you the executed agreement with the wiring instruction to the title company / closing attorney.
- You have 24 hours to wire the EMD.
- Closing!
