- Lot size under 1 acre (flexible if in GA, SC, IN).
- No SFR’s neighboring commercial real estate, railroads, apartment complexes, mobile home parks, 4-lane roads (2 lanes in each direction), 50 foot or higher transmission lines or municipal water storage tanks (flexible if in GA, SC, IN).
- No SFR’s abutting state or interstate highways (flexible if in GA, SC, IN).
- No FEMA Flood Zone Map beginning with “A” or “V” (flexible if in GA, SC, IN).

Submit Your Locked Property
As a wholesaler, you've already done the groundwork by securing a property under contract. Simply submit the details of the property to us by using this form.
Our team will thoroughly review the property to assess its potential and marketability.
If we see potential in the deal we will send you a JV agreement to sign.
Tap into Our Extensive Network
Once we receive your submission, our dedicated team will leverage our extensive network of investors, buyers, and industry contacts to find the right buyer for your property. We employ targeted marketing strategies, including email campaigns, online advertisements, and direct outreach, to attract potential buyers who align with the property's specifications.
Negotiation and Closing
When potential buyers express interest in the property, our skilled negotiators will handle the communication and negotiation process on your behalf. We strive to secure the best possible terms and price for your property, maximizing your profit potential. Once an agreement is reached, we will assist with the closing process to ensure a seamless transaction.
Profit-Sharing
As partners in the joint venture, we believe in equitable profit-sharing. Upon the successful sale of the property, we will split the profits evenly, with both parties receiving a 50%-50% share. Our transparent and fair approach ensures that you receive the maximum return on your investment and effort.

- The JV request would be granted only if:
- We see potential in the deal
- You send us your valid AB contract
- No FEMA Flood Zone Map beginning with “A” or “V” (flexible if in GA, SC, IN).
- You sign the JV agreement
- You provide us with all the necessary information such as pics, property details, sewer & water etc.
- You agree to stop your marketing - We don't do parallel marketing
- You can guarantee to be available until we close on the property
